Have now purchased two of these hair wash towels and even bought one for my daughter too. They are very light which makes them perfect for travelling and they dry quickly too. They also stay on your head rather than sliding off and definitely help to dry my hair quickly. I have given it four stars only because I do think they are a little on the pricey side but definitely would recommend.
Brilliant towel which dries my curly hair without making it frizzy and is super adsorbent. Rolls up small so perfect for swimming or travelling. Much better than my other micro fibre hair towels. Love the leopard print design too.

I must admit when I first felt the material I wondered how it was going to soak up the water , but it does and very quickly. It is very large and you can wrap it around your head which ever way you chose.
There is one thing I think would have been nice is to have it in a little storage bag especially for travel . I can recommend you to buy this towel which come in a choice of lovely colours .

I discovered these on Instagram and am so glad I did. After starting chemotherapy, I had a sore scalp and lost quite a lot of hair too. These towels are absolutely brilliant. They are so soft and really gentle on my head/hair. They also absorb lots of moisture with no weight. They also come in a great range of colours

I recently saw your product recommended by Ruth Crilly and I thought I would give it a try. I am so pleased I did..The towel is so lightweight and super comfortable. Will be great to take on short breaks. I've been a little concerned lately about hair breakage and feel this is definitely much kinder on your hair. Best £ I've spent in a long time and purchased one for a friend!!

Thanks for your review. GWD towels are made in the UK from top quality organic jersey cotton; both of these factors dictate the price. I am super proud of the fact that everyone in my supply chain works in safe conditions, and earns a fair wage. I'm not sure why you thought GWD towels come with a loop or a button; there are no such images on the website, on social media, or anywhere else. I deliberately decided NOT to include these, because they promote the twisting and re-twisting of wet hair, which can cause breakage.

This is a nice t shirt towel I have lots and lots it’s nice bit expensive and nothing special.

The ethics of the business dictate the price (made in the UK from organic jersey cotton, and I pride myself on everyone in my supply chain working in safe conditions and earning a fair wage). Most hair towels are made from microfibre which is a super cheap fabric made from microplastics. This is all I could find when I was looking for a hair-kind towel in 2021 which is why I started Good Wash Day.

My hair definitely feels softer since using the XL good wash day towel. As someone with lots of long, thick hair it’s an added bonus that I don’t have to have a heavy towel balanced on my head for hours now.

I purchased two initially for my grandchildren, one long thick hair the other long and tangly. Very pleased how the towels absorb the water so quickly and appear to stop the tangly hair. Have now purchased two for myself, they not only take the water out of my hair but also they are very quick drying towels. Great purchase all round - thank you
