My hair is thick and when I put this towel on my hair I find water drips down my face and it certainly does not soak the water up as well as an ordinary towel
Thanks for your feedback Bill. I just want to check; is the towel pulled snuggly around your head? Because it's got a slight stretch it will follow the contour of your head and there should not be any dripping at all as a result. Factors that can affect absorbency include: hair damage, hair colouring, soft/hard water, porosity and choice of products (some, such as leave-in conditions) are designed to coat the hair to keep moisture *in*, and they can cause product build up, requiring a chelating shampoo. Good size. Feels light on my head. Dries quickly after using. Hair feels good afterwards.

A brilliant hair towel - if you’ve got shoulder length or longer hair, go for the XL and definitely wash the towel before you use it and it’s not as absorbant beforehand.
Thanks for your review Charlotte. I generally say the XLs are for bra strap length hair, and longer, but it also depends if you twist and tuck in the traditional way, or use it to 'plop'. So pleased that you love it!

Thanks for your review Helen. As I explained via email six days ago, the tracking details (which were shared in your despatch email) say that your item is being returned to me. It arrived with Portugal customs on Friday, 21st March and stayed there until 16th April when it was marked as 'return to sender'. I don't know why. Once I receive it here I can issue a refund. I also explained that I am no longer shipping to the EU from my website because of numerous post-Brexit issues; obviously this is frustrating for customers, and also for me as I have to refund the item(s) plus expensive international tracked shipping. I now only send to the EU from my Etsy store, because customers pay import duties at checkout and there are no surprises for anyone (I've had some customers not realise taxes are due post-Brexit, so they refuse and they're then sent back to me. We've been chatting via email and can continue to do so until this matter is resolved to your satisfaction.
I’ve been using these for a month or so now and they are fab! I feel like my hair is softer, less frizzy and that my waves hold better/for longer as well. I’m really glad I bought them!

Great service haven’t stopped using my towel and will be purchasing another, helps frizz, breaking and even though it absorbs excess water it doesn’t dry the hair out before I get to my hair dryer. Also stays in place once wrapped.

Lightweight and comfy soft! Definitely takes moisture out of hair quicker than the usual towel! Quite expensive, but worth it!

Purchased my second hair towel as I was so impressed with the first. My hair has thinned post menopause. I haven’t changed any of the products I use except started using the towel. My hair is definitely in better condition.
