Our Ethos
Good Wash Day began with a simple frustration: why was something as ordinary as drying your hair causing so much friction.
As a certified B Corp, we design organic hair towels with care — lighter, considered alternatives to traditional towels.
Fabric, Form & Packaging
Good Wash Day began with fabric.
I wanted something lighter than terry, softer than microfibre, and simple to use. Organic jersey cotton offered the balance — flexible, breathable and gentle on wet hair.
The original prototype was made in Holly, the colour that started it all.
The experience matters too. Each towel arrives beautifully boxed, designed to feel considered and giftable from the moment it’s opened.
Even the smallest details are deliberate. Our stickers, for example, are made primarily from sugar cane fibres, blended with hemp and linen, and finished with a compostable adhesive.
Premium, practical and responsibly made.
Our values extend beyond the product itself
