I bought one of your towels a few months ago for my two daughters and I to share. For years I just used a normal towel which never used to stay on my head. My Good Wash Day towel does up into a turban so well and I end up wearing it for ages as it is so comfy. So comfy in fact, that this morning my teenager washed her hair and walked down the road to the bus stop with the hair towel still on!!!

Thank you very much, I’m very tempted to buy another so we don’t have to share!

Bought 3 towels, had one already in my gym bag and urgently needed a second one for home. My teenage daughters really wanted one too, something to go easy on their "hair straightener" damaged hair and they love it! Thank you!

Nice colour and well made but doesn’t work for my hair. I don’t find it dries my hair enough and I find it difficult to wrap around

I love my two previously bought towels from you that I alternate using and thought I needed a third one when I saw the Blush colour. Great service ordered on Monday & I came back from work today (Thursday) to find it had arrived . I wasn't disappointed the colour is beautiful and I can't wait to use it.
Carla I even take one of my towels with me to my Hairdresser to wrap round my head as I can't imagine having anything else now. My Hairdresser admires it every time.
I was going to order one of those lovely combs you stock, but sadly the pink ones were sold out. Fingers crossed you get some more in. I will keep an eye out for them.

I’m a superfan! And recently bought the whole family the XL towels to use when we get out of the ice bath. I bought green for me, 2 black ones for the boys, and pink for my daughter. And I think that takes me to 30 towels purchased. They are the perfect gifts for my retreat clients and friends. Love everything about GWD

I now have 2 towels. Ultimately I will one day have only these hair towels in my house! My very curly and thick hair is noticeably more formed into its curls after washing and being wrapped in these towels. Great product and company. I strongly suggest you treat yourself to a towel that makes a part of your daily process a pleasure

Read the reviews and ordered I was disappointed when I opened the parcel as I thought for the price tag it didn’t seem special in any way and instantly regretted not carrying on with my usual tying up of my hair in whatever was near by t-shirts , towel , nightie 😃. 10 years of that habit! BUT after using the towel I was absolutely delighted with it. I have shoulder length very thick frizz prone highlighted hair and this towel absorbed the water so well and left my hair smooth which made blow drying so much easier. It’s a miracle micro towel. Looks great in bathroom dries quickly and no horrid heavy wet towel and random item to deal with Salon finish hair Idea must come from someone who knows the frustrations. Delighted with the purchase and worth the money

I came across the Good Wash Day hair towel through Becci from Hiltingbury Interiors, and I have been blown away. The towel is able to absorb so much water very quickly and is so comfortable to wear I forget I even have it on! Since using this product I have found my hair to be more silky and healthy. I have already recommended it to 3 of my friends, who I am sure will love it as much as I do.

Definitely worth switching from microfibre towels to Good Wash Day towels. This is my second purchase as I've noticed no more hair breakage or hair catching in microfibre. I shall continue to use in the future.

I have used my GWD hair wrap today and I am absolutely thrilled. I have curly hair cut into a bob and before this purchase, I was underwhelmed with the results. I was confident with my wash routine and application of products as I knew that by wrapping the baby soft towel round my hair, the magic would begin. My curls are frizz free and bouncy. I got a good wash day towel as a birthday present, after my mother in law watched Dragon’s Den and was reminded of my hair struggles. It turned out to be the thing I didn’t even know I needed! I have a LOT of hair and have never been able to fit it into a reasonably sized towel. I wasn’t convinced that this new towel would be any different, but for the first time in my life, I wrapped up my hair after showering and it actually stayed put until I was ready to take it off. Plus my hair was dry enough to brush without making a mess and was a lot less tangled than usual. I don’t think I’ll ever enjoy washing my hair, but I think I’ll no longer dread it, which is quite a big thing. Highly recommended.

I have been using my towel for a while now. I did not post a review originally because whilst disappointed with the product I appreciate how a negative review can affect a small business. You then invited me by email to post a review, so I did. I am now faced with your response and a useless towel - I reiterate that for my mid length hair, the towel leaves it dripping, yes dripping wet! You suggest that it might be down to products I am using and I am disappointed that you are putting the onus on me. As I said, I have used a number of quick dry towels in the past including an excellent one from the White Company, and this has never been my experience. I believe that the fabric in contact with my hair becomes saturated and therefore unable to absorb further moisture and that is why it doesnt work. I see reading the reviews that I am not the only one expressing this outcome. I wonder if the towel/fabric is just too thin to absorb the amount of water held by my hair - I have persevered but again find myself with my hair wrapped in a second towel to remove the excess water. I am now so fed up that I am going to give my towel to a charity shop and be done with it. But its an expensive mistake and I suggest that a more helpful response from you would be to “look into it further” and/or refund my money. I do not seek a refund because I know how hard it is to run a small business, I also feel it would be helpful to your business to grasp this situation and try to resolve it, as my comments are not in isolation, rather than suggest I change my products. I post this out of frustration at the process you have created and dont doubt that you are well meaning. Maybe Sara Davies can help you out here.

Fabulous- so soft, doesn't pull at all. Perfect for fine hair. Hair was much calmer the next morning, no frizz!

41, and never had soft curls that form naturally like this before. Literally tried every thing - and once I get the hang of tying and the looks my husband gives me when I wear it. I’ll love it even more.

I’ve just left a longer review on TrustPilot.
For me this product is overpriced and it’s not suitable for me. It leaves my short hair flat and soft. I much prefer my microfibre towel which is cheaper and works very well. Being ‘green’ isn’t always better.

I have tried so many products for my very curly hair/ frizzy hair , so…. this towel does honestly make a difference !! smoother hair more defined curls. The towel is great for taking on holiday as it folds up so small . Made in GB was also a massive plus for me - well done 👏

My daughter and I both have curly hair and she had recently ditched her straighteners when this was on dragon’s den. I immediately thought we have to try this and ordered some. My daughter tried hers first and was raving, there’s no frizz, and they feel so different to a heavy thick bath towel.
We have not looked back and have just purchased another as a gift.

What am I missing? Received the product, washed it, used it three times now and every time I’ve had to towel dry afterwards as it leaves my hair soaking wet! The material just does not absorb the water??

Definitely not worth the money. Mine will be going in the bin.

Initial reaction, it's a large piece of material , love the colour (teal).
Absolutely love the results after wrapping my hair, it is thick and wavy, and fizzy. Drying is quicker
and no frizz.
I would definitely recommend this product and I'm so glad I learnt all about Goodwashday on Dragons Den.

I have wasted money on other things to wrap my hair up in after washing. Never again!!! Not only did it almost dry my hair so I only needed 5 min with a cool dryer but my thinning hair is so much more managable now. The added bonus is they share my eco love of doing the best for the envoroment and people.
