Shipping policy

We pack orders on a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tracked24 and Tracked48 relate to Royal Mail transit times, once they've collected the items (the same day as they're packed).

An order placed on Tuesday will be packed and collected on Wednesday, and should arrive 24 or 48 hours later depending on which service you choose (and RM do aim to deliver over weekends).

Australia - Australia Post Tracked
Up to $139.99 AUD - $10 AUD
Over $140 AUD - shipping included
Local delivery (some Sydney suburbs, calculated at checkout) - $7 AUD

Rest of World - Royal Mail International Tracked
Shipping is calculated at check-out, depending on weight and location.

Royal Mail quote 5 to 7 working days' transit time, with delivery generally taking a total of 2 to 3 weeks depending on each country's customs processing time.

Custom Duties & Taxes

United States
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail's Delivered-Duties-Paid service, so your checkout shipping price includes all U.S. import duties, tariffs and handling fees. There should be no extra charges on delivery.

EU
Due to Brexit we are not currently shipping to the EU. However, we hope to have an EU stockist soon. Please email hello@goodwashday.com if you would like to be kept up to date.

If you request that your order is left in a "SAFE PLACE", it is done so at your own risk and Good Wash Day is not responsible for any damage or theft.

Please note: if your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address you will be contacted by email to ascertain whether you would like a) the item to be reshipped (you will need to pay the P&P) or a refund (less the original P&P).
