Shipping policy

Orders are generally despatched within two working days.

UK
Royal Mail First Class Tracked - £3.90 (no matter how many towels you order!)
Local delivery (within 3 miles of SO53, Hiltingbury) - £1.00

International - Royal Mail International Tracked
Royal Mail quote 5 to 7 working days' transit time to the destination country.
Delivery usually takes a total of 3 to 4 weeks.
Shipping is calculated at check-out, depending on weight and location.
Custom duties and taxes are not included.

Europe
Via the Good Wash Day Etsy store only, due to issues post-Brexit.
Etsy take taxes and duties at point of sale, which is something I cannot do at the moment.

If you request that your order is left in a "SAFE PLACE", it is done so at your own risk and Good Wash Day is not responsible for any damage or theft.

Please note: if your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address you will be contacted by email to ascertain whether you would like a) the item to be reshipped (you will need to pay the P&P) or a refund (less the original P&P).
