Thanks for your review Sue. I'm not sure what you were expecting given that the full product details and price were clear when you placed your order. I appreciate that if you don't own a business you won't be aware of all the costs associated with running a business. And if you aren't used to buying UK manufactured, ethical products, the price might seem high. But it's dictated by the ethics of the business. The fabric is organic jersey cotton, which is better for people and planet. The packaging is sustainable, so ditto. I'm really proud that everyone in my supply chain works in safe conditioner, and voluntarily, and earns a fair wage. This comes at a price!
I've been using my towel for 6 months and the difference it's made to my long fine hair is incredible. All my other 'hair towels' went in the bin, I'll be back for more. On a side note I love the fact that it doesn't have any kind of fastening as it doesn't need it, plus I've dealt with them for years and eventually they break or come loose. Thank you so much for making my hair wash days great again.
Thank you so much for your review, and for making that very important point about the fasteners. I wanted to avoid them; I wanted a regular towel shape for the reasons you have stated. Plus fasteners encourage you to twist and twist your wet hair and that can cause breakage. I'm so pleased you love it!
