I'll admit I was a little sceptical about what the towel could do for my wavy hair but in my never-ending determination to have better curls and my desire to support female-led independent businesses, I gave it a go. There was a little sale so bought one for my cat sitter (who also struggles) too. Long story short, we are both converts! The towels are absorbent, great for micro plopping and dry in a jiffy. Leaves hair softer than usual cotton towels and has reduced static markedly.
Do not now need to use conditioner.

After using the same old t-shirt for years, I finally got a Good Wash Day towel and I regret not having bought one earlier! My hair dries much faster and is way less frizzy. Thank you!

I’ve been using my Good Wash Day towel for about three weeks now. It’s hard to say if it’s made my hair curlier because I used it as an opportunity to go curly again, after straightening my hair for years. I do think my hair is less frizzy and it’s easier to maintain the curls. What I really like about it is that it is so light on your head you don’t really notice it’s there and you can get on with stuff without any danger of it falling off. I am not at all tempted to go back to a normal towel.

I wish I'd discovered these towels a long time ago! I can't believe the difference they have made to my naturally curly/frizzy hair. Over the years I have ruined my hair with heat damage and over processing to try and make it something it isn't. I have used so many 'wonder' products and expensive electricals to no effect. I discovered the Good Wash Day website when looking for something to try and help my hair recover from its frizzy, straw-like texture. At first, I thought it was a lot of money for a 'towel' but, wow, what a difference it has made (I've since bought another one!) My hair has never looked so shiny and healthy. I haven't used any new hair products so I can verify it's down to the Good Wash Day towel. I use very little heat on my hair to dry it straight after leaving the towel on for 15 minutes. My hair stays straight without the halo of frizz that would normally develop after styling. I have also used the towel to dry my hair for a natural, wavy finish, again no frizz. I don't usually write reviews but I'm so impressed with these towels, they have totally changed my hair.
