Orders are usually despatched within two working days.
Below are transit times once orders have been collected by Royal Mail. 

UK - Royal Mail Tracked48
Orders up to £49.99 - £4.00
Orders over £50.00 - shipping included
Collection from HQ (SO51 0AE) - free
Local delivery (within 3 miles of SO53, Hiltingbury) - £2

Australia - Australia Post Tracked
Orders up to $99.99 AUD - $8 AUD
Orders over $124 AUD - shipping included
Local delivery (some Sydney suburbs) - $3 AUD

Rest of World - Royal Mail International Tracked
Shipping is calculated at check-out, depending on weight and location.

Royal Mail quote 5 to 7 working days' transit time, with delivery generally taking a total of 2 to 3 weeks depending on each country’s customs processing time.

Custom Duties & Taxes

United States
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail’s Delivered-Duties-Paid service, so your checkout shipping price includes all U.S. import duties, tariffs and handling fees; there should be no extra charges on delivery.

EU
Due to Brexit we are not currently shipping to the EU. However, we hope to have an EU stockist by the end of June 2026.

If you request that your order is left in a "SAFE PLACE", it is done so at your own risk and Good Wash Day is not responsible for any damage or theft.

Please note: if your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address you will be contacted by email to ascertain whether you would like a) the item to be reshipped (you will need to pay the P&P) or a refund (less the original P&P).
