Refund policy
Good Wash Day products are personal care items, and as such for hygiene reasons they cannot be returned unless faulty on arrival, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- returned in the same condition as when you received it
- returned in its original packaging
- received by us within 30 days from when Royal Mail shows it as being delivered
If you meet the above criteria please email hello@goodwashday.com and include your order number.
We strongly suggest that you select a trackable shipping service as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for packages that do not arrive.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note, it can take up to five working day for financial institutions to process the refunds.
